Locking Bolt Switch 'Centurion'

The Centurion is a positive-mode, thumb wheel operated, machine guard
locking, interlocking switch. It offers an economic solution for problems with machinery continuing to run-on after isolation of power. The action of retracting the shaft firstly, isolates the power to the machine and secondly, due to the time generated by the operating principle, gives up to 20 seconds delay before the guard can be opened. It is ideal for most
motor driven machinery of low or medium inertia to come to a standstill. The Centurion offers 2 N/C safety contacts and 1 N/O auxiliary contact, housed in a robust die-cast alloy making it suitable for heavy duty applications. Available in left or right versions. Extended bolt (for extra time delay) and Ex versions are available.
